After years of traditional cooking, his first passion, Clément embarked on creating his own business, a nomadic restaurant, which toured Nantes and its events.

After a few years of success, his attraction to light and his curiosity for neon led him to become a self-employed entrepreneur to offer handmade neon signs in his premises in Couëron (44) online, for sale and for rental for events.
